Extremely simple to to put together.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:#ffccff;">1 can corned beef</span><br /><span style="color:#ffccff;">1 medium sized onion</span><br /><span style="color:#ffccff;">1 carrot</span><br /><span style="color:#ffccff;">Black/white pepper</span><br /><span style="color:#ffccff;">Rosemary or other herbs</span><br /><span style="color:#ffccff;">Mayonnaise</span><br /><br /><span style="color:#66ffff;">Mash the corned beef. Dice the onion. Grate the carrot. Mix it all together. Add ground pepper, rosemary &amp; mayonnaise to taste. Zap the whole mixture in the microwave for about 1 minute. Slap the mixture on pieces of bread. Top with sliced tomatoes, cheese, cucumber, or anything else you like.
